Agreement

Define the deliverables and expectations.

Pre-Design

Let's review your wishlist, files, site survey, inventory, and inspiration images.

Programming

Tell us how everything should function and feel.

Schematic Design

Our team will present our best option with color renderings and a Moodboard that becomes the design mission statement for the project.

Photorealistic Renderings

As an additional service, we’ll add a touch of realism to our renderings to help your PR and fundraising efforts.

4.

Design Development

We make all the selection decisions that the bidding General Contractor needs to know to give an accurate price.

Cabinet Specification

As an additional service, let us customize your cabinet layout using our Signature by CIRCLE cabinet line.

Furniture Specification

As an additional service, our team will help you hand pick the furniture for your space, including white-glove delivery.

5.

Construction Drawings

We prepare the technical drawings required for accurate bidding, permitting, and construction to our specifications.

Additional Offerings

Construction

If you have selected CIRCLE Design Build as your contractor, we will manage every detail of your construction project.

Construction Administration

When the need arises, we will communicate with your general contractor to advocate for you during construction.

Final Staging

These are the final touches that make your space look like it jumped out of a magazine.
